Just got an email from you saying, "I love math. Always have. Sometimes, when I visit schools in Minnesota, I prove the Pythagorean Theorem, right there on the chalkboard." If you are so interested in solving problems where is the budget that the Democratically controlled Senate has so far not produced. I know you are a smart man and as math is your passion, what's the hold-up in offering a solution.

Again, my question is, knowing you have to get to Z by taking X(Tax Revenues) and subtracting Y(Spending) can you offer a solution where Z isn't going to break our Nation?

Senator,
I would like you start an investigation concerning Eric Holder's competency to hold the position of Attorney General of the United States.

Senator: Profit-driven corporations create jobs and stimulate the economy. Two things that we desperately need! Why are you starting “a fight against profit-driven corporations”?

The answer is because the Democrats are all idiots that just want to tax and spend, we are going to be a Bankrupted Nation and all Franken can worry about is DOMA

Would you consider leaving your current political party and join a major third party that will represent the vast majority of Americans who are moderates on both sides of the political spectrum and are disgusted by the theatrics, tantrums, threats and lies that are endemic of the two existing parties. The vast majority of Americans are moderates, and just want a reasonable solution to our problems and a course forward; but their views are totally ignored by a system that is manipulated and driven by fanatical mis-informed extremists on both sides. Is it time for a Moderate Middle party?

Where are the facts that say the majority of Americans are moderates?

As America sinks to the third world status, all Al Franken can focus on is repealing the DOMA law

How about imposing Proposition 25* (CA) on members of Congress for failing to have a viable Budget after 700+ days, go ahead try to blame THAT on Bush..
* The law reads (paraphrasing) no balanced Budget no pay, and no method to regain lost wages, gee just think how much money would go back to Federal Budget if Congress had not gotten paid for the past two years.

Open question.. Can we get an explanation as to why a Steel Mill project on the "Iron Range" in MN has to wait for a delivery of steel from INDIA? I would much rather have a small steel mill in AMERICA (duh) get the contract as opposed to overseas providers of manufactured goods which take JOBS!!! away from our CITIZENS!

Are you going to support cutting the Federal Budget by 30%, by de-funding the EPA, NPR, removing all redundant Federal programs, and start following general good accounting practices such as "if you DON'T HAVE THE MONEY DON"T SPEND IT! Duh??!!
