The democrat senators that RAN for 3 weeks, better NOT get paid for that 3 weeks. I wouldn't get paid if I ran out, oh....I would have been FIRED if I would have done that.

Don't you have two up on the Unions? First, even if they have a 'right' to bargain, you don't have to agree to anything. Second, you have the 'golden rule' -- those that have the gold make the rules. Once all the money is gone, it's time for the teachers to look for employment.

Why not go ahead an reissue the pink slips, put the Union Bosses names on the 'reason why' line. Just because someone has the 'right', doesn't make you agree to give them what they want. Your state only has so much money, let the remaining teachers spread it among themselves.

Keep up the good fight. As we all see, state workers shouldn't be in a union. When they don't get their way it leads to veiled threats to businesses, outright threats to others and lack of response to those in need who are perceived to be on the other side of the issue. That's a police state.

What's the likelihood that the GOP will pick up at least one State senator in the recall elections? To me, be be able to have total control is both a godsend and a huge responsibility. As long as you 'hear' the minority, along the path of doing the right thing, you'll be OK.

Hang tough Governor - It's time to get rid of the unions. They were great in the 30s and 40s but not necessary now. They are just money-making machines.
