How soon can we see money going back to our schools? I really don't want our band/ music program to get cut. I would really like to know what is happpening with that money.

MADISON COUNTY BROKE IN HIS HOUSE PUT GUNS TO MY GRANDKIDS HEAD DIDNT FIND ANYTHING THEY WAS LOOKING FOR (SO WHOIS THE CRIMINAL?) MY SON CAME IN AND BECAUSE HE HAD SUBSTNACEON HIM THEY TOOK HIM IN. HE FEEL LIKE ITS NO HOPE FORHIM.

Why, in order for me to get a job, do I need to take and PASS a drug test when the recipients of LINK and subsidized housing (and other entitlements) do not? My paycheck is being taxed which in turn is paying for these entitlements. Drug testing and a time limit imposed will help save money.

I also believe that putting Casinos in the City, amongst other places throughout the state, and the money they would bring to the state would help with the debt. Why is there so much resistance from the government?

These are two ways to help fix the debt.

Red Light cameras. Money makers, not safety. Ticket issued for Right turn after stop at light. I did stop twice, but was told I did not stop long enought. No sign indicating where to stop or how long, but was posted after I paid the fine. It was her deciision.

Is there any clever way we can get funding for the arts? It brings self esteem to communities and is fun! We, in Illinois, know that you with the collection of red and purple ties must appreciate fun. Any hope on the horizon for art in Illinois?

The only "clever way" this governor will fund anything is by increased taxation. Government should not be funding what the private sector should be. My children played football in school, I did not have a problem paying the fees required.

When is government going to do something about banks selling Foreclosed Houses for what they are owed instead of close to market value? Not only does it depreciate the home values but any equity in the house is lost!

Why do you have two offices in Illinois? You only need one. The one in Springfield. You are wasting money. Why do you ignore the downstate people of Illinois? Tell those WI democrats to go home and get to work. They are cowards and are wasting WI money as well.

Why don't you do everyone a favor and remove yourself from office. You have no idea just what it's going to take to fix illinois's money woes. The tax increases you placed on what everyone in illinois makes is completely ridiculous. There goes my brothers raise that he just earned at work. And not only that, you have NO idea just how much it affects the people who have to resort to part-time jobs that make wages that make people like me stand at the bottom of the food chain. You really need to hang it up and move to EXTREMELY LIBERAL chicagoo.
