I live in Newport and know several ppl who work on the base. They all leave for 3 hr. lunches getting paid for it, leave early all the time and work from home (what they say) when the drank the night before and don't want to go to work but still get paid and goverment ppl who babysit who get paid for a full week when the only watch kids for a few days. I don't get paid for drinking and not working why should they?
