What do you think about turning strip malls into solar farms for the surrounding area by putting solar panels on top of each store and what you do think about having electric cars with a solar panel on top of the car to help charge the car?

It would be nice, but at who's cost? I don't want to pay for it as a taxpayer. The government has no business mandating it on private property. The building owners would have to start the initiative, or else the business owners for their own benefit.
