Governor Otter. Why don't you just have Idaho seceed from the union? You are telling your people they can't participate in Federal subsidized health care (shouldn't that be our choice?) You returned 41 million in matching funds for Medicaid, and you have busted the Teacher's union. You are a self-serving, naracisitic, partisan politician, who married into money, and have no idea of how the middle class suffer.
