How do you feel about the idea that the health care bill be activated as it is written in one State only for a period of 12 months to verify it's a true benefit? If it's going to be such a great improvement for the Nation, we can enact it in the next 49 states upon it's proving a legitimate and beneficial program. How do you feel about this?
