Hi, I wanted to know why no one never tries to reform the DMV the fines are high and if you'll going to have high fine why are there not payment plans to help the poor everyone can not afford to pay there fines in one lump sum but people need to drive for work and daily liven we are poor but still pay taxes. Thank You

DMV fines and policies are determined by your state and local government, not Washington.
